Your book "Be Lean" is another source of option-- we don't mention much about diets such as Keto due to the lack of sufficient clinical evidence of the long-term safety. We focus on well balanced, manageable diets. For people with chronic disease or chronic pain that we do not have any data on, we believe it is best for them to advocate to their healthcare provider since we do not have specifics on their medical data. We focus on chronic disease via a one on one basis, since everyone is different. At Zero Doubt Club, we believe health and wellness begins with your Mind, and utilizing manageable balanced eating habits help people become the best version of yourself.
